Are these after-party events open to under 18’s? – No! Licensed premises after midnight – all attendees must be over 18 and will be checked for ID at the door.
How tight is security at these venues? Extremely! Procedures carried out by security professionals have been created by the industry’s leading crowd-control and licensing experts. They’re very safe events.
If I buy a ticket and security won’t let me in to the venue, will I get a refund? No! Buying a ticket is no guarantee that you’ll be permitted in. You must pass all security measures, which include sighting valid government-issued photo identification, being assessed for intoxication, dress code and behaviour. Failing any of these may give security staff sufficient reason to deny entry. If you don’t get in, you don’t get a refund.
Will there be food available? Yes! It’s an additional cost (over the entry ticket), same as drinks.
Can we have the venue exclusively for our group? Yes! It costs a little more per ticket but, subject to availability, it is possible to book the venue for just your own group. Likewise we can mix different groups into the same venue, provided the organisers of all groups also agree.
